This August 10th enlightened non-Speciesist H. sapiens will honor the memory of our extinct sister-species, H. neanderthalensis. We were contemporaneous species for many thousands of years. We drove them to extinction. And whether out of guilt or respect for a defeated opponent, we should honor their memory and mourn their loss.
